RACE DETAILS

This is a flat, fast and friendly Duathlon in the scenic seaside town of Tramore. Featuring a 5km run, 18km Cycle followed by a 3.5km run finishing on the prom in Tramore.

• Transition open 8:00am

• Transition closed 9:30am

• Marshal Briefing 9:15am

• Competitor Briefing 9:40am

• Race Start 10:00am

• First bike out on course 10:20am

• Last bike in from course 11:30pm

• Race Finish 12:00pm

• Prize giving 12:30pm

 

PRIZES

• As this year’s race is part of the BMW Duathlon National Series prizes will be awarded in all age groups as per National Series Policy.

• Prizes must be collected on the day at prize giving or collected from the Race Committee, prizes cannot be posted out.
