Featuring a 750 meter sea swim, a 20 kilometer cycle on closed roads and a 5 kilometre run finishing across the fairways of Dunmore East Golf Club with views over the fishing village of Dunmore East and the Hook Peninsula. This race is perfect for anyone who wants to try and complete their first triathlon.
