Interval run session starts back on Tuesday 5th January for two 5 week blocks. We will meet in Tramore opposite the car park on the Somerville road to the Prom at 7pm Interval running is the most proven way to increase run speed and overall fitness. Sessions will vary each week. Week 1 and week 10 will be a 1mile time trial so we can gauge progress made along the way. The session will run from 5th Jan to 2nd Feb & 16th Feb to 16th March. Cost €20 for pre sign up of the 10 sessions. All levels will be catered for, so come along and try it out!
